Mr. E. Prince Arhin is the Chief Executive Officer of ASA Medical and Management Consult. He is a nationally and internationally recognized administrator who continuously participates and contributes to the development of national health policy and strategic plans in the field of healthcare. Prince holds an MA, Organizational Leadership, Executive Master in Public Administration and has participated in several local and international workshops in the field of healthcare management, strategic planning, customer service etc.
Mr. E. Prince Arhin has over 15 years of work experience in the public and private sectors, nationally and internationally, 10 years of which has been in senior management and leadership roles with responsibility for the overall development and leading transformations in healthcare management, health Informatics, health services manpower planning, etc.
His area of professional interest is in management of quality health care service, human capital development and strengthening health systems by employing the WHO framework for health systems administration.
